New Zealand
Jars are filled in New Zealand and sent by tracked courier to street addresses and parcel collect points. Most North Island deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days of dispatch. South Island deliveries usually take 2–5 business days. Rural addresses and the outer islands can take longer. These are estimates, not a guaranteed window.
Orders under $150 NZD are charged a shipping amount at checkout. A single jar is already over that line.
Australia
The jar is $185 AUD. Australia is not included in free New Zealand shipping. Tracked international postage is added at checkout. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, before any customs hold.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email once the courier scans the parcel. The jar leaves in its carton with the tamper seal intact.
Changing an address
Write to us before the parcel is scanned if the address needs to change. After the courier has it, the change has to go through them. Use the contact form and include the email from checkout.
