Unopened, within 30 days
If the tamper seal is intact, you can return the jar within 30 days of delivery.

Change of mind
We accept a return when all of these are true:
- The request reaches us within 30 days of the delivery scan.
- The jar is unused and the tamper seal is unbroken.
- The carton is included.
Opened jars
An opened cosmetic cannot be resold. Once the seal is broken, we do not accept a change-of-mind return. A jar that arrived damaged or does not match the order is covered below.
How to send it back
Use the contact form with the email from checkout and the reason for the return. We reply with the return address. You pay return postage unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
Refunds
When the jar arrives back and the seal checks out, we refund the product price to the original payment method within five business days. Shipping you paid on the way to you is refunded only when the return is our error or damage in transit.
Damaged or incorrect
Photograph the jar and the carton, then contact us before you post anything. We replace the jar or refund the order, including the shipping you paid.
Consumer Guarantees Act
If you are in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 still applies. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
